Julio Perales presents the second edition of the book “The Health of Truffle Farming: Guide to Identify Harmful Agents in Truffle Growing” whose coordinators are Víctor Pérez Fortea of the Provincial Service of the Department of Rural Development and Sustainability and María Martín Santafé of the Center for Agrifood Research and Technology de Aragón (CITA) and that has represented a very useful tool for truffle growers.
