WHAT IS
TRUFFORUM?

Trufforum is an international event, devised and promoted by the European Mycological Institute (EMI), which was created with the aim of promoting the responsible use of the European truffle in domestic and professional kitchens.

Having become a meeting with international reference in the truffle sector, Trufforum is held annually with the aim of giving maximum dissemination to the values and culture of the truffle.

In its first three editions Trufforum was held in the cities of Zaragoza and Vic. This year, in its fourth edition, Trufforum has made a qualitative leap proposing a digital edition that will be coordinated from this platform and that will be accompanied by the different face-to-face events that take place in the associated territories. Occitania in France, Teruel in Aragon, Vic in Catalonia, Soria, Burgos and Valladolid in Castilla y León are the territories that we encourage you to discover with us.
