This week the Region of Castilla y León will be the protagonist of Trufforum 2021. With three provinces producing black truffle and another four provinces in the experimentation phase, Castilla y León is one of the most important production centers in our country. The Councilor for Culture and Tourism of the Junta de Castilla y León makes a brief tour of what truffles and truffle tourism mean in this region of Spain.
