TRUFFORUM 2021 has obtained the participation of the Teruel Truffle Tasting Panel, represented by Daniel Brito and Manuel Górriz, in the Master of Sommelier and Enomarketing of the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián, promoting the Teruel black truffle to future professionals of the restoration.
